Salary Negotiation Script

The negotiation script generator creates a personalised, ready-to-send email based on your specific numbers: current CTC, offered CTC, target CTC, experience level, and context (new offer, appraisal, or counter-offer). The output includes three components — a primary negotiation email, and three fallback scripts for different scenarios.

The anchor amount is set 15–20% above your target, based on negotiation research showing that the first number stated has an outsized influence on final outcomes. The walk-away floor is the minimum acceptable offer — typically 15% above your current CTC or the offered amount, whichever is higher.
