Cancel on the website

  1. Sign in at claude.ai and open Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Cancel plan and confirm.

If you subscribed through an app store, telecom or bundle

  1. If you subscribed in the iOS or Android app, cancel from the App Store / Google Play subscriptions page.
