Cancel on the website

  1. Sign in at perplexity.ai → Settings → Account.
  2. Open subscription / billing management and cancel.

Cancelling inside the service is the main step. If you paid with UPI AutoPay, a card standing instruction or a NACH mandate, check that the mandate is gone too.
