Cancel on the website

  1. Sign in at netflix.com on a browser (cancelling is not always available inside the TV app).
  2. Open Account, then Membership.
  3. Click Cancel membership and confirm.

Good to know: You keep access until the end of the current billing period. Netflix does not refund partial months. If Netflix came bundled with a Jio, Airtel or other mobile/broadband plan, you must change the bundle with that provider instead.

Cancelling inside the service is the main step. If you paid with UPI AutoPay, a card standing instruction or a NACH mandate, check that the mandate is gone too.
