BHIM
- Open BHIM → Mandates / UPI AutoPay.
- Pick the mandate → Revoke. BHIM's UPI Help section (NPCI) also lists mandates you created in other UPI apps.
Good to know: A mandate lives in the UPI app you used to approve it, so check every UPI app linked to the same bank account. Cancelling the mandate stops future debits but does not always end the subscription itself: also cancel inside the service, or it may try a different payment method. Under NPCI rules you get a pre-debit notification before each AutoPay debit, so that alert SMS tells you which app holds the mandate.
How it shows on your bank statement
Look for lines like these in your bank, credit card or UPI history:

Also stop the auto-debit
Cancelling inside the service is the main step. If you paid with UPI AutoPay, a card standing instruction or a NACH mandate, check that the mandate is gone too.
