Cancel on the website
- Open Gaana → profile → Subscription details.
- Turn off auto-renew; if paid via a store, cancel there.
If you subscribed through an app store, telecom or bundle
- If you subscribed inside the iPhone or Android app, cancel from App Store / Google Play subscriptions instead.

Good to know: Plans paid by UPI AutoPay also leave a mandate in your UPI app: check it.
How it shows on your bank statement
Look for lines like these in your bank, credit card or UPI history:

Also stop the auto-debit
Cancelling inside the service is the main step. If you paid with UPI AutoPay, a card standing instruction or a NACH mandate, check that the mandate is gone too.
