Open My Space / your profile, then Subscription or Plan details.
Turn off auto-renew or cancel the plan.

If you subscribed through an app store, telecom or bundle

If you paid through Google Play or the App Store, cancel from that store's subscriptions page instead (links below).
If JioHotstar came free with a Jio or Airtel recharge, it ends when that pack ends: there is nothing separate to cancel.
