Cancel on the website

  1. Sign in at canva.com → Settings → Billing & plans.
  2. Click the three dots next to your plan → Cancel subscription.
  3. Confirm.

Good to know: Designs stay in your account after downgrading, but Pro-only elements in them get watermarked.

Cancelling inside the service is the main step. If you paid with UPI AutoPay, a card standing instruction or a NACH mandate, check that the mandate is gone too.
