Cancel on the website

  1. Go to account.microsoft.com/services and sign in.
  2. Find Microsoft 365 and click Manage.
  3. Click Cancel subscription (or Turn off recurring billing) and confirm.

Good to know: Turning off recurring billing keeps the plan until it expires. Microsoft charges also include Xbox Game Pass and OneDrive plans: check the same page.

Cancelling inside the service is the main step. If you paid with UPI AutoPay, a card standing instruction or a NACH mandate, check that the mandate is gone too.
