Cancel on the website

  1. Sign in on desktop, click Me → Premium features (or Settings → Account preferences → Subscriptions & payments).
  2. Choose Manage Premium account → Cancel subscription.
  3. Confirm the cancellation on the final screen.

If you subscribed through an app store, telecom or bundle

  1. If you subscribed via the iPhone or Android app, cancel through the App Store / Google Play.

Good to know: Free-trial users are charged automatically when the trial ends: cancel at least a day before the trial end date shown on the subscription page.

Cancelling inside the service is the main step. If you paid with UPI AutoPay, a card standing instruction or a NACH mandate, check that the mandate is gone too.
