Cancel on the website

  1. Open the Zomato app → profile → Zomato Gold / membership.
  2. Check the expiry date and whether it renews automatically.
  3. Turn off auto-renew if available, and check UPI AutoPay mandates in your UPI app.

Cancelling inside the service is the main step. If you paid with UPI AutoPay, a card standing instruction or a NACH mandate, check that the mandate is gone too.
