Cancel on the website

  1. Sign in at zoom.us → Account Management → Billing.
  2. Under Current plans, click Cancel subscription.

Cancelling inside the service is the main step. If you paid with UPI AutoPay, a card standing instruction or a NACH mandate, check that the mandate is gone too.
