Cancel on the website

  1. Sign in at dropbox.com → Settings → Plan.
  2. Click Cancel plan and confirm.

If you subscribed through an app store, telecom or bundle

  1. If you subscribed inside the iPhone or Android app, cancel from App Store / Google Play subscriptions instead.

Good to know: Over the free storage limit, files stop syncing but are not deleted immediately.

Cancelling inside the service is the main step. If you paid with UPI AutoPay, a card standing instruction or a NACH mandate, check that the mandate is gone too.
