Cancel on the website

  1. Open one.google.com/settings while signed in.
  2. Click Cancel membership (or Change plan to drop to a smaller tier).
  3. Confirm.

Good to know: Google One AI Premium (Gemini Advanced) is a Google One plan, so it is cancelled here too. If your storage is over the free 15 GB after cancelling, Gmail may stop receiving mail until you free up space.
