  1. Sign in at zee5.com.
  2. Open My Account → My Subscription.
  3. Turn off auto-renew / cancel.

Good to know: Bundled ZEE5 plans (via telecom or Tata Play) are cancelled with the bundle provider.

Cancelling inside the service is the main step. If you paid with UPI AutoPay, a card standing instruction or a NACH mandate, check that the mandate is gone too.
